Meet Hailey

I'm a problem solver who believes that systems, plans, and strategies don't have to be overwhelming or complicated. With a Master's in Public Health and years of hands-on experience in organizational development, I've spent my career helping teams turn complex challenges into clear, actionable steps.

My experience with performance management began with my background as a researcher and program evaluator. Before I began working in governmental public health, I designed data collection methods and used analytical tools to interpret results for everything from biological field research to community health knowledge.

After completing my graduate degree at the University of Iowa, I entered the public sector, first working in a county health department in Wisconsin where I specialized in strategic initiatives including community health improvement planning, PHAB accreditation, and multi-stakeholder facilitation.

Later I took a position at the Minnesota Department of Health helping to train state public health staff to work with local public health agencies on developing and maintaining performance management systems. In this role I worked with agencies across the state to learn from them and engineer sustainable solutions for performance management in their departments.

What sets me apart is my ability to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and day-to-day operations. I don't just hand you a framework and walk away. I work alongside your team to implement systems that fit your unique culture and challenges. Whether it's coaching leadership through difficult conversations, facilitating collaborative planning sessions, or designing custom performance metrics, I bring both analytical rigor and practical wisdom to every engagement.

My background spans research, education, and frontline public health work, giving me a deep understanding of how organizations really function. I've conducted research in Costa Rica, managed compliance systems at major universities, and coordinated complex multi-stakeholder initiatives. This diverse experience taught me that the best solutions are often the simplest ones, and that sustainable change happens when people feel supported, not overwhelmed.

When I’m not helping teams optimize their performance, you can find me enjoying nature near my home in Chippewa Falls, WI.
